What's your cancellation policy?

Free Postponements

We are offering free postponements should you need to postpone your booking due to COVID 19. This postponement will be up to 90 days and you can redeem this booking when the situation improves.


Cancellations are allowed should you are not able to proceed with the reservation due to COVID 19’s regulatory restrictions. All cancellations are subjected to approval. Upon approval, deposits will be fully refunded after a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be completed within 14 working days from the date of approval (in writing via email).

All postponements & cancellations have to be received by us via email at least 14 days in advance. As we brew on demand up to 5 days prior to delivery date, cancellation or postponement 5 days from delivery date are strictly not allowed.

Please note that if you need to postpone or cancel your booking with us for other personal reasons (not due to COVID-19 restrictions), deposit may not be refundable – our team will assess this case by case basis. 

Can I change & customise my cold brew options?

Yes of course you can!

Please speak to us separately or leave your preference under remarks when registering your interest. Additional costs may apply.

How do you deliver the cold brew to ensure they are cold and chilled?

We provide foam boxes and ice  to keep the cold brews are fresh and chilled during delivery. Cold brews can last up to 5 hours inside the foam box. Please keep them in the chiller beyond 5 hours.
